Our housing developments include adaptive re-use of historic industrial buildings, new mid-rise apartments for the elderly, new single-family sales and rental housing, new townhouses, and historic housing rehabilitation. Our clients include public housing authorities, community development corporations, and for profit developers. Sensitivity to the neighborhood context is key to our design approach.
